One of the restaurant's specialties is maki skewers, in which pork belly is wrapped around fresh vegetables and grilled all at once on a custom-made grill.
We also offer a wide variety of delicacies to be enjoyed with our maki skewers.
Not only standard items, but also items with an original essence!
For example, [Sunagimo Tang Saesai] is made with gizzards and spicy saesai, topped with homemade edible raayu (Chinese chili oil),
The taste is simple but perfect for drinking.
The texture of the Chinese pickles and the chewiness of the gizzards make this dish addictive!
Also, the "Yaki Natto" is a fried bean curd stuffed with natto, coated with soy sauce, and baked to a golden brown,
